This questionnaire asks questions that help Save Dollar Enterprises, Inc. evaluate the customer and their situation and helps determine if such customer meets the requirements to participate in such online webinar trading/training rooms. In the chance that such customer does not meet the requirements to participate in the online webinar trading/training rooms, Save Dollar Enterprises, Inc. will keep the questionnaire filled out by the customer on record as per NFA Rules.
